I sat and just watched most of the day. I wasn't planning on trading, but I saw one trade I liked, so I gave it a shot. It didn't work.

most traders are either getting washed out or are washed out. means the end of the bull cycle could be near and vol and expanded price ranges should come back. i just hope soon, fall should be fun.

I overtraded and got chopped up today. Fortunately, I was a able to recovered from almost punching out with a max loss to making a small profit for the day. While sitting in some crap trades, I missed some good opportunities. I'm disciplined about my money management, but I really need to work on my discipline with trade selection.

I was chopped up very quickly, today. Each of my entries was met almost immediately with pain. I'm done for the day.

 

Aug so far. Still undercapitalized. Happy with what I have done with what I got.

Slow and steady grind is best imo.
