Trader P/L 2011

A very slow day. But I must say I feel lucky getting to do this instead of witnessing and/or committing animal torture on a daily basis like another fellow poster.

0127: -$132.

was up 1400...earlier..gave it all back...went down -$800, made $500 back after hours in AMZN.

 

A lot of trades, one system in significant drawdown so carrying plenty of red.

Take for Friday, January 28, 2011:

Two notes:

1. The NQ profits are NOT daytrading profits and should therefore not be considered as part of the take.

Of course, I will still take the money, but I do not count them toward my take for the day.


2. The sum is realized profits for the day. I took four contracts home over the weekend, so the buys and sells are unequal. This is the only way I could find to show my P/L for today. The realized profits include four I took home with me on Thursday night and closed overnight (I trade AH too, sometimes).

 

Realized the losers I had been holding, loss slightly more than I had anticipated. Very pleased with the performance this month overall.

Completely wrong side for today, ate most of the profits away. How much can this overextended market over-overextend?
