    I'm up $90 on 5 trades.

First two trades ended up with small gain.
Second trade was a big winner.
Third trade was a high risk that wiped out the big winner.
Last trade was another big winner that made it all back.
Had two missed trade that would've been huge winners.

Overall, I was hoping for a big rally today that never materialized. I had some decent sleep last night (~10hrs) and my trading today is better than previous days, but still not perfect.

Argghh! If I can't make money on a day like today, I should take a break and re-examine my thought-process.

I had an excellent trade entry in AMZN calls. Entry was as good as it gets. Market in a recovery mode at the time. AMZN stock was reacting nicely. What do I do? I get shaken out for a small profit. These whipsaw moves in the indices/stocks are hard to trade. HFT? Algo systems?

I stopped playing AAPL because of those sudden burst moves... I thought POT wasn't like that. I was wrong. Got hit for a bigger loss than I should have taken when it started gapping up in the middle of the day...

BIDU was a good trade when I saw what looked like a weak eod. But even that trade had too many whipsaw moves.

I should probably stop trading and do sim-trading while I figure out how to handle these moves and my trade methods.

Today was another crazy day. I managed to be up $85 on 7 trades.

I started off at an $80 gain but loss it all on the next trade. Then the next couple of trades were half winners. Some of them were big winner, but my entries on them were very bad. I've been getting lucky this week, but it's not gonna last forever. I need to fixed how I'm setting my entries.

I can feel myself becoming emotional so I'm ending the day right now.

Today I tried to let my profit run.

I am up $140 on 3 trades. My first trade I loss $70. Next two trades were big winners. However, they could have been huge winners but I got stopped out on both.

I don't think the market will do much more today so I am quitting early to relax.

Today was a milestone. I've just broken past the $1000 mark from $700 two weeks earlier.

I am up $155 on 5 trades. The first four trades were losers with a cumulative loss of -$105. The last trade was a super successful one that wiped out all my losers. I managed to be able to hold on to and ride a big trend for the first time.

Also, today the feeling of nervousness was absent from my trading. I don't know why but I hope it means I am becoming more comfortable with watching price action.

I will post a chart of my trade in a little bit. Taking the rest of the day off to celebrate.

Thanks to cstfx and luckylucy for the congrats. Today was another big day.

I am up $180 on 5 trades. Again started out with a loss in the morning. I think I should just stop trading before the open as it seems I am more likely to lose money for some reason. Like yesterday, the first four trades was hit or miss with a total loss of only $40. The last trade was a big winner, but my entry could've been better. Like yesterday, I was able to ride a trend from start to finish.

Right now my account is at a price level where I can afford to buy 2 contracts. I am wondering whether I should do that or take some profits out to pay off cc debt+rent???

It looks like today could be a big crash. I wish I can be in on it but I got a doctor's appointment later so I'm quitting for the day.

    I'm up $50 on 2 trades.

Today was a little like the 27th when I almost blew my account in half. I was up $100 on the first trade. It could have been double that but I got stopped out early. On the second trade I was expecting the crash to continue but I shorted too early. It eventually did go my way, but I got tired of watching the price bouncing around so I just exited with my $50. However it did continue to fall shortly after I sold.

It seems I still have a few bad habits I need to correct. I could've made more money but I didn't. Oh well, at least I'm up for today so I'm content. Quitting for the day.
