just +53 today --didnt participate in any moves good week overall
only loss -235 and winner days 565, 418, 555 and 53--big change for me--used to be reverse that and thanks to lot of guys here--hope to get into 4 figures soon.

Lost 1k in less than 20 minutes. Barely stopped trading emotionally and finished the day at the high.
