At 10.30 I was up +90, then down 100 and then +50 again in green.
I don't know what happened next and finished deep in red.

What a terrible day. Psychologically I was disciplined but my rollercoaster of a day ended near the lows which is mentally tough to take... especially since I was up very nicely until about 2:45...

 

LOL. I believe you get the best effect with that drug when it's delivered via your eyeball.
