A ridiculously quiet day for me, despite the market turmoil.

5001 - great trading. And Nordik. Awesome stuff - well played - but I think I hate you ;)

  9. Traded ER today from premarket up to a little while ago. Never left the screens for more than a couple of minutes. Turned 13 rounds total on 5-lots, 2 and 3 scaled ins. Eliot, pick an ivy-league college for your future children. At this rate I'll sponser them on a full ride myself.

Cannot recall ever being slapped out at par on so many promising trades. The sideways volatility is brutal. If any of six or seven par outs had been halfway straight, would have booked three times this.

Tomorrow holds potential for a monumental day. Should be an interesting final two hours heading into the weekend. Until then, I'm done. Time to step out into the bright summer sunshine and unwind.

  10. I haven't reported in a while, since I realized I was getting competitive, and that isn't good for me right now, it encourages increased risk at a time when I needed to get a handle on my risks. I now have a daily goal and am doing well with that. I think I'm going to report here weekly from now on rather than daily. I'm not trading tomorrow or next week since we're going on vacation. Here's the days I've missed, today, and then my since inception (on 3/24). Pic is of today's P/L.

    June 26: 139.23
    June 27: (5291.20)
    June 30: 2967.70
    July 1: 3235.98
    July 2: 2167.00
    July 3: 127.92
    July 7: 1474.96
    July 8: 2135.16
    July 9: 1411.12
    July 10: 3458.42

    Since inception: 16,433.64
