ER total for May-08. No goals to reach. Just take the best trades and trying to sit on winners longer. I did not beat myself up bad on the losing days. I kept reminding myself it's part of the system on day of losses even though I had gains in the am. Half of the days that had losses were caused by lack of discipline from not waiting for the setup. The rest of the losses were part of the system. Overall a decent month. The goal next month is not entering until a setup is there. I know it's basic stuff but it's easier said than done. I did manage to dig my way out of the monthly hole yesterday and I closed a profit today but I am carrying over a large open loss to Monday. If I stop adding to the thread on Monday you know what happened......LOL die ENER die + 349 for the day + 3168 for the week + 1500 for the month + 40953 for the year.
