+905. good finish to 2007, pretty happy with it. net a little over 9k for the month, not bad considering it's the last month of the year. Good luck everyone in 2008!!!
Wow, what a year. Very pleased with my progress in 07. Looking forward to 08. I'd like to personally thank the SEC for dropping the uptick rule at the beginning of July. What a gift that was. Finally you guys get one right. Happy New Year to all. Party hard and stay safe. See ya in 08.
Szeven, It's been great to watch your progress. I have no doubt you will be up there with the very top dogs of this biz one day. I think you more than anyone else on this thread deserves to create the Trader P/L 2008 so that everyone remembers who you are when they open up the thread. So if no one have any objections please go ahead and create the 2008 thread with one last blotter or without it. We will miss your blotters but please don't stop posting your thoughts here ever.
Another wasted day here. My total P&L for 2007 is $446k which is more than twice my previous best. Most of that was made in the last 6 months. My goal next year is to double that by increasing size, trusting my instincts, and being willing to take an occasional bigger loss. As long as the market volatility doesn't completely die there's no reason I can't meet that goal. I'm going to follow Szeven's lead and take off posting on this thread for 2008. My goal was to post every week for a year which I did. There's not much else to gain at this stage, so good luck to you guys. I'll still be watching the thread.

This thread has been an inspiration. Traders like Szeven and Dustin obviously deserve congratulations as do those like Johnny Utah who posts every day even though the results may not be spectacular. All have been a motivation. Wishing everyone a good year in 2008 -- trading as well as in other aspects of your lives. Carl
Break even today, was down 60 bucks at one point. I have trouble pulling the trigger on highly volatile stocks like RIMM. I'll sit and watch a stock move $1, all while my finger is on the trigger. This is my very first month trading and I've improved drastically since the beginning of the month (imo). There's nowhere to go but up, so bring on '08!
