Solid day trading profits...pschology wise, my trading day was just ok as I didn't let my long trades run much. (otherwise my profits might have been around 2k)

It was a good day for me. I made more trades before the Fed than after it, but made all my money after the announcement.

 

Hi All,

My MB Trading platform went down about 40 minutes ago, so no blotter available.

My last screen showed me -952 today.

Hopefully, it will be up by tomorrow morning!

 

+$4896 net, 137 ES traded

About $3k of this was after the FOMC. I went long 2 cars just prior to FOMC with sell limit at 1505 for a quick $500. Boy did I underestimate that move up! Missed some trades shortly after since my broker lost quotes twice for a few minutes. But overall happy with day.

 

Yesterday -500
but today with good luck +400

 

great pre market fill, managed to entirely miss all FOMC more or less but i'll take it
