down about 1k. was up about 800 after the first hour, i gotta stop selling off like that.

 

what goes up must come down...was down 3k today, came back to this....tough start....need to control myself a lot better than today.

got home late tonight...don't know what happened to my p/l amount...seems to have disappeared.....

Up $6700+ on a 3 day swing trade.

I was getting killed in the morning by getting into moves that went nowhere. I was about to quit for the day, but decided to take a small low risk trade. That got me a small win and cleared my mind up a bit. I was then able to get back positive. It's not a lot, but I'm happy with it compared to where I was earlier today.
