I started off strongly and then just gave back some money after that.

 

Hi All.

 

Today I was as useless as tits on a nun. I think at one point my losers were outpacing winners by 4:1. Thankfully that turned around.

 

+$1198 net, 96 ES contracts traded

 

tough day, 110 ES, +713 Gross and, +230 net

 

Here it is...

 

Gonna start posting P/L hoping to help with my discipline. Been a little out of sync with the market lately worked hard to stay green.

-171 for me today - but that includes some overnight options positions that may work tomorrow - long some INTC 30 puts and some QQQQ 52 puts

 

-128 net on 17 ER2 and 18 ES contracts.
