I don't understand why you want to switch from IB to Questrade unless you are a Canadian citizen. Could you explain more? By the way, the CyberTrader Pro used by Questrade will probably retire soon.
Aust, I'm not sure if I understand your post/pic. The pic does not seem to match your description. Am I missing something?
Very frustrating day... technology issues all morning out of my control. Frozen screens kept me out of short ER at the pivot, good for +5pts. Was long at 938 = stopped to the exact tick 936.50 in the morning, screens froze again and missed subsequent buy signal into the early launch from there. To make matters much worse, was stuck in an errant trade short (double stop order) from 836.50 I never intended in the first place. Exited that mess for -2.5pts against, could have been a lot higher & worse. All in all, down -$1,600 by noon, trading 4-lots ER per turn. Would have been content to break even for the day, was in all the right trades to book at least $8,000 if not $10,000 total on 4-lots. Took a zillion turns, several trades went +1.0 ~ +1.9 and right back out at par or -1/2pt, longs and shorts alike. Love the volatility, hate when technology lets us down. That's the reality between posting "trade calls" in a link versus live money execution. There is a dramatic difference when real money rubber meets the road

Gonna stop trading on account of Laser issues AGAIN today - cost me $500 in three prints. I wish they would fix their shit and let us get on with our lives. Ill take the $100 profit could have been a lot worse.
