8. ES 52 contracts, two turns, +2pts net = +$5,200

What does it take to get one deliberate swing or trend session in the ES per week? Is that really asking too much? Day after day it's program slam = buzz = program slam = buzz.

Long this morning didn't work, -1pt on that

Short around 1:00pm EST worked for +3pts as it bobbed between daily pivot resistance and a cluster of "support" near 1386.

Once it printed +3.75pts I trailed to +3pts and out.

Good Lord... this symbol is in desperate need of an enema

*

Went -5pts in the ER trading way out of synch with that symbol, then made it back to breakeven (plus lunch money) to end the day. Been a terrible performance in the ER this week... should be up nearly +20pts by now, still hovering around par for the efforts. I can blame some on major distractions, but most of the mistakes can be blamed on the face in my mirror. I'm treating the ER like a stepchild this week, and getting the same treatment from it in return. :(

If this were a sideways or downtrend market, price action would have caved in already. Looks to me like it'll probably go lower, but I've seen enough for one day.

Best Trading Wishes

9. P.S. - here's the expected afternoon enema, after I trailed out at 1286.00 ES and 766 ER

10. +17.20
9200 Shares

I was a bad trader, today. I churned, sat on losers, took trades not in my plan and was an all around undisciplined moron. Then I pulled my head out of my ass and made back my money with the help of the sell off. I was down $130, so +17 feels outstanding.
