Decent. Took it very easy i felt I took the easy money but didnt swing for the real dough.

Just thought I'd share a new personal best. Held all day longs on two positions: ES and Q's (I scaled into the Q's), full margin/leverage.

P.S. I know I don't post often ~ I have a lot of plus/minus 1-2k days where I don't get anywhere.

 

Net $144.75. I continue to remind myself thruout the day to do the right things and stop the distractions. Seems to be working.
