Yeah $1k/day is only $250k/yr. Why bother?

  2. No your taking it the wrong way. Im accustomed to making more so my intepretation of a good day is a little different than some. 1k a day is very good money, but for me to sit here and "waste" my day when I can be having fun with my family, or doing something constructive, that is what I am speaking of. making 1k is better than losing 1k but if I had my choice I would just sit it out and have some fun. :)

  7. poker is tough, I have a buddy who plays online and has been in two world series events so far. He was up around 250 K for the year and now is only up about 100 K. Ups and downs, ups and downs......You just can't get the kind of edge in playing poker that you can in trading- luck is much more of a factor- hence the term "game of chance"

I was very into online poker for a while, and I was making money at it...but it was consuming my life. It is so addicting! I cured my craze by switching to sports/horse betting. I find it less addicting and consuming. Beware!

+160 yesterday and +125 today. Both days are probably right around breakeven with commissions.

My results are getting depressing. :(
