watches would go well with some of these zuits... http://images.search.yahoo.com/sear...jpeg&no=6&tt=63&oid=f8ddc7f2d3febbae&ei=UTF-8
This magazine has absolutely nothing about trading in it. They have pictures of cars, boats, etc., but if you want to look at cars then why not buy car and driver? Some of the articles are inaccurate and the persons they portray are not even real or that impressive. Id say dont waste your time.
I thought this was a satire ala National Lampoon. One of the first articles I read was about these hot 30 under 30 or some such shit. Anyway, one of these bozo traders was talking about his "Best" trade. Are you ready?............... He put on a big trade (currencies, I think) and then went on vacation where he could not be reached! Trade went way against him, then back to a profit. He was saying something like, "good thing they couldn't reach me, or I would have closed the trade". What a plan!
For the price (free), you can't beat it. It's kinda like ET - a lot of crap with a few interesting tidbits tossed in here & there. For example, I enjoyed reading an update on Buzzy Schwartz. IIRC, there's usually an article on a jet or a plane, some hot car, obligatory expensive watches, expensive booze &/or cigars, & monthly columns on trading psychology (Hirschhorn), poker & trading analogies (Chan), some famous trader for their hall of fame & more that I'm not remembering. I didn't make anything up on the form (Independent Trader) and they send it to me. R
anyone can get it free who is involved in the markets. no need to pay, or make stuff up to get it. i enjoy the mag, its good entertainment. surf ps. the sister publication-- "DealMaker" is MUCH better imho.
You mean bimonthly, not quarterly, for TM. Monthly would be a stretch... there's only so much fluff to fill the non-ad pages.
Nothing impresses the crowd more than a bunch of cheap knockoff watches displayed in an out of focus picture..... Very classy indeed!! As always, thanks for proving my point. Steve
