Maybe I’m in the minority here but techs and fundamentals say $15-20 bbl is likely. I have no play ATM and I want to get long too. Just seems a bit early.

  2. Who knows...

Planning on rising these trades for 6 months. I basically threw discretionary money at it so let's call it a lottery ticket but no way OPEC lets Saudi and Russia fuck their payday me thinks...

am still of the conspiracy thinking MBS & Putin orchestrated some price fixing. Will be interesting to know how foreign money influenced the crash.

  4. Grabbed a small lottery ticket today (versus XOM and BP stock plays). I could not resist:

    50 XOP JUNE 2021 $20 Calls @ $0.51

    XOP Energy Sector ETF:

Target range is $20- $25 for XOP by end of the year (expiration is JUNE 2021 so no rush). OTM options always are lottery and low prob but feel good enough to risk $2,500 for holiday spending money.

If we get to $25 the Call should be worth no less than $5.00 so figure profit is not a home run really based on total profit but nice Xmas/Hanukkah/Kwanza gift in December for more hookers and blow.

Ehhh why not..like buying a lottery ticket for $1 and maybe winning $10k.

You seem quite good at this. I have underestimated you. I should have known... they don't just hand out law degrees. I like the risk management.

I'm missing all the action. If you could see my current folly you probably would laugh your ass off. I'm looking at a 130 lb piece of gear sitting on the dock soaking wet because I nearly sunk my dingy trying to take it out to my mooring spot. I'm gonna have to move back into the marina, for one day, to pick it up and they want $100 US for that. A bit of a clown show fml.

I'm pretty sure Congress mandated the S.R. to be reduced back a few years ago. Like 5 million barrels/year are supposed to be sold. They did it because our domestic production has come so far.

I think read somewhere last year the average price of the oil stored there is about $30/bbl.
