I noticed John Ogg hasnt been on the mic lately - then I noticed the address for Trade the News recently changed from Chicago to New York -- is the Ogg man still involved ? the service seems to have gotten slower and is not as on the ball in the last couple of weeks - just my observation ---
as a client, I was never told of the changes (mainly that he would be off the hoot) I have always thought on a personal level he was a total cock, now as well on a professional level....when my account comes up to pay again, Im finding somone else
I've also noticed the change, especially when this other broad (I don't know her name) started making stock/company announcements. It used to be only John.
