I'm interviewing for a position as a Jr. Trader and one of the duties is trade reconciliations. Can anyone give me any details as to what exactly this will involve? Thanks
Paperwork....back office stuff. More specifically, I believe it has to do with making sure that the counterparties to your trades are in agreement with the trades. They agree that they sold you what you bought and vice versa.
