Support used to be the best at TP, however, I have e-mailed them a number of time since mid-August with an "unable to connect to user ID validator" problem and I'm yet to obtain assistance... In my last e-mail, I have requested a refund for the 6 months I have not used the software, since it just refuses to work and I'm still waiting for a reply... My advice is: "don't touch Trade-Prospector with a 10 foot pole, as if something goes wrong with this software, don't expect any help, technical assistance or refund at present..."
The double post was unintentional... Does anyone know if TP has changed owners, which might explain the sudden change in support policy?...
I agree. I have been using TP off and on since 2000 and have noticed during my renewal this year that their service has really gone downhill. Either there was a change in ownership or a new guy was put in charge of customer service. This will probably be my last renewal with them.
Any good alternative to TP?... While it was well supported, the TP software was really useful and I wonder what's out there to replace it....
