Trade-ideas customer support sucks

  1. The software is great, but the customer support is either down right slow, or non existant. The contact info I was givin from the website is to a AIM username to someones mobile phone.

    Do these people not have an office with customer support reps to help clients?

    What else is a good live scanning tool?
