Maybe this is a stupid question, but can you trade (retail) a foreign market from the United States? For example, can I trade the Japanese or German markets from within America? If not, has this idea been talked about? Thanks. The Finn
You can trade certain international markets such as japan and germany from within the U.S through some online brokers like interactive brokers. Alternately you can trade etfs (EWG, EWJ etc.)on american stock exchanges that represent foreign indices.
