  1. I do not get the obsession with proving things to people who don't matter.

  2. You can still maintain your ET journal, but also become this entertaining, bright, figure character on camera....amusing all the brain dead people out there. Tell people to buy here...sell here, everyday....to become millionaires,

And get rich in the process! It's about the Money,
You don't have to be right or wrong, legit or not....just entertain and con-vince them,

Nope, nope, nope! I have thought about that along my journey these past 8 years, but I will not become a teacher until I can do. That is my principle. That was the whole point of the fucking journal in the first place. To show it can be done with a small account, consistently. I have failed the plan because I could not adapt to the markets as quick as they had changed.

NEVER, EVER would I try to teach what I THINK I could do in the real. Only what I CAN do in the real.

My constitution prevents me from trying to be a fake educator.

Yes, ET was a much different environment back then. Online trading had just come on the scene and most people didn’t know about futures. The neophyte went on message boards hoping to learn from more experienced people.

Now there’s Investopedia and cookie-cutter trading books and everyone here posts like he is an expert. But they are skeptical of anyone who claims to make money trading. LOL I find humor in that for some reason.

I read today some posts in another thread that were skeptical of any millionaires being on this site as if being a millionaire is something special. I may be jumping to conclusions, but it seems this place is full of trading experts who are broke. Being broke is liable to make anyone cranky.

Savoir, you are the only one being cranky here, by /ignoring me...

I did not have to log off to see that post. Learn how to block someone completely, and learn how to trade futures. Stop being a whiny bitch by IGNORING people!

WAHHHHH! I cannot stand what I saw so I must paint my eyes black!

Weak little shit. Grow a backbone with balls. You would learn a lesson or two from Penelope Houston. You limpy POS.

  7. Please guys, calm down. There is no need at all to be rude to each other.

Well Shizo, you are right. Things have changed a lot since then and I already regret it that I tried to come back joining this "trading community".

    Here a few things before I log-off:

Demo or not: I am in demo most of the time and only log on when I have to take a trade. Why? Easy, I am an impulsive trader and would jump on many trades I should not take. Logging in and out takes a few seconds but enough to take away my (wrong) impulse.

But I do not understand the discussion. I could show you whatever I want and you would not have any clue if it is true or not and you would have no idea if my account status was fake or not. With Photoshop I can even look like Brad Pit in his early years and have a six-pack.

Changing my name: I don't know where this comes from. I have never changed anything, I just logged onto my old account. I can even see my old threads.

    Conclusions:

Shor Term Trading (Daytrading) makes only sense when done in real time. I get that, and Discord (have not looked into that) or Zoom are definitely the right tools . But running a Daytrading Room is tough. I've done that in 2004 (no screen-sharing that time only written chat) for about 2 years. It was fun but it was not possible to do 2 things (the chat and trading) together. But we had some stable results. And yes, Daytrading was much easier that time.

The problem with a trading room is, that you have to "entertain" the people for 3 - 4 hours each day. Believe me this is true what I say. People in trading rooms want to get entertained first, results are not so important to them. I am already 56 and are quite often entering wrong trades because of losing focus. Entertainment AND trading would be difficult for me.

If I decide to do so, I let you all know and you will be welcome to join!

But I have noticed we have mainly 2 groups of subscribers in this forum. The ones permanently angry no matter what you do because of whatever reasons and the "Sponsors" who are obviously here, only to market there business.

Well, I leave you guys alone now. If someone wants to get in contact with me because of trading reasons, feel free to email me at andy@traders-notebook.com (no worries, no promo under traders-notebook.com like with all the other guys).

    Good luck and good trading,
    Andy

  8. Good Morning Overnight,
I have much respect for you sir for showing honesty.

    I agree with you.

People need to stop teaching trading if you do not have atleast a one year 3rd party audit track record. ET journal can be considered as a free way to track trades for traders to follow someone.

If you can't prove it, shut up.

That is why I never offer trading advice, cause I can't prove anything I say and do not want to waste anyone time.

AMAZING the difference between north CA + South or next-door Silver State.[I live in one of the 7 no state income tax sates]
I don't know about thier stock price, but Sony, like most Japanese cars, has what Allison the PBS auto mechanic says , they have a culture of HI quality. If the product doesn't last a long time its terrible shame for that company.:D:D:caution::caution::caution::caution::caution:
