Trade at ICE's New York Trading Center

    i believe the main advantage is here is direct connectivity to the exchange vs. trading over the public internet. Trading on their virtual floor would likely get you quicker fills and greater visability into market depth.

    Traders on the floor of the CBOE still plug in their handhelds and stream quotes from the floor, even though there is really no reason to anymore. I think some of this is just the inertia of tradition. That can be a very difficult thing to overcome.

    I went to the NYC ICE electronic Trading floor to get some info. The lady told me that you need to open an Account with one of their clearing member. Also the monthly Desk fee is $1000. I ask her if I will get a lower operationals costs and few other stuff and she didn't gave me a straight answer on that issue. That floor was half full (about 30 or so Traders).
