There are many different index that tracks gold, oil and others. Different exchanges seems to track changes of same commodities such as gold or crude oil, which one to use to properly gage on the market condition? I know there is no one master list of important indices a trader needs to follow(eg. ES and NQ), but what do you use and recommend? This is my first post and I hope to be here for a very long time, lurking and asking questions. Thanks!
