I live in Marin County, CA, and have noticed an explosion in the number of touch screens you have to deal with. Wells Fargo ATM machines, Safeway Point of Sale terminals, all are being "upgraded" with these new devices. The other day, I saw an elderly man struggling with an ATM touch screen. He couldn't seem to get the right button to press. In the store tonight, over the loud beeping of the touch screen, I asked the cashier, "Do people like these touch screens?" "No," he replied, "Some people have already threatened to quit." Anyone know what company manufactures these screens? I'm thinking of selling a few shares, whether I own them or not. I thought it might be NCR or MMM. Not really sure. -v
