So I opened up my TOS account, downloaded the TOS desktop trading app and I am lagging...freezing...bottleneck. Sometimes, I can't even load a webpage without a long lag. I am running XP pro, Verizon DSL 3 mbps (actual more like 2.3mbps), P4 w/1.5 Ghz RAM, cat5 cable direct into router from workstation. Even when I shut down TOS, I still seem to get this lag/freeze. It's better than when TOS is running, but still problematic. Help? Anyone? TOS wasn't able to.
