Any update? Or is my inbox not working? If it's not easy to organize, can't we just each post the preferred time/place here and work it out? I don't think we have to worry about someone come uninvited and crash the party.

Personally I think you should have pm'ed everyone rather than post on the net the meeting place. Always good to know who is committed to showing up rather than having a free for all drop in. Just my humble opinion.
