TORONTO, Feb 16 (Reuters) - Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD.TO: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Thursday it has agreed to buy Canadian auto financing company VFC Inc. (VFC.TO: Quote, Profile, Research) for C$326 million ($281 million).

Yes, much older than NASD. If you a active trader don't go there, you better stay with NASD that have more liquidity than TSX.
do any prop. firms trade tsx??
