If you are OK with remote, check out Bright Trading's Vancouver office. Swifttrade in Toronto is pretty big too. Someone mentioned Titan Securities to me also, though I don't know if they are good or not. Hope this helps.
That is a very complete list! Surely you can find something you like at one of them. After all, I believe that a trader can succeed at any brokerage that has decent rates and technology.
