  1. Not stupid Austinp, but rhetorical.

  2. So according to you,Zanger can be the lottery winner, one in a million but Master Trader NoDoji cannot?

  3. OK, we all give up. After reading endless threads here about how trading is impossible, nobody has ever succeeded and nobody ever can, we all capitulate and agree that's the truth.

Now what? Why should anyone on either side of the conversation ever log in here again? We all agree that free-style diving for 30min submerged without an air tank is impossible, and likewise agree that successful trading is equally impossible. Agreed, we believe, trading is a futile waste of time, end of discussion.

I'll ask again... now what? What would be the purpose of visiting this site or any others like it, ever again?

  4. Even zangers luck ran out and he resorted to marketing his past success. The way doji describes her method is why it's so clear that she is fabricating success rate. Her method, while it can work to a degree, is nowhere near as flawless with no losing days as she describes. Hence the disconnect.

  5. It's not impossible. It's improbable in the way described by ND DP and the rest of the never /rarely a losing day folks who use nothing but past price describe. I have seen a lot, but I have not seen everything. Thus I am open to watch in real time one of these folks do what they say-- but that will likely never happen.

Folks read this site looking for an edge-- every so often a real one is posted, although it may be fleeting. I have obtained major benefits in terms of jobs, $$ , friendships and more from elite. That's why I like it.

  6. Austin, i personally believe that you are becoming agitated and therefore erratic.

Trading, in a consistently and profitable manner is obviously achievable, would you agree?

  7. I don't disagree with that at all... but where is the line of believability drawn? We've all read numerous threads where short-term trading ain't worth it, nobody has an edge, markets are perfectly efficient over time, everybody loses eventually, etc. You even imply that Dan Zanger may not have made one more dime since his run to +/- $30 million and perhaps even lost money from there.

So if trading is all but impossible for a scant lucky few, if 1 or 0 out of 100 prescreened traders all lost money when put to hedge fund tests, sounds to me like all hope is or very well should be lost.

Likewise sounds like everyone here should simply log off, walk away and never come back to hash over certain folly. Agreed?

  8. You believe wrong. I couldn't care less what anyone in this site thinks or believes. I am simply taking the other side of this endless, and by that I mean years' long unending conversation.

What I believe is irrelevant, we are discussing the nonstop array of threads that hammer on the points that trading is impossible. If so, why are all those messengers of enlightenment still wasting their time here?

  9. I guess Baron and the BigMike chap were the smartest guys, they have to be making way better money off their sites now than trading.

  10. No, hope springs eternal in the minds of speculators and traders. Some will make it but the majority will not.
