You don't see it because long term it doesn't exist. If it did tst would post the screenshots of the big bank of all these mythical bsd's that are killing it in their program. Talk is cheap. Not one time in the history of tst in the past 7 years has anyone shown an actual check from tst. Talk is cheap. A simple screenshot would suffice to shut the skeptics up.

  2. Thank you for the eye-opener. Please share with us your own experience with TST, for the benefit of the ET community.

I disagree. People with a reliable trading system but without enough capital to trade futures on their own are exactly the ones who need TST.

Two members of my own close family have each started their journeys towards becoming successful traders by using TopStep's service.

One about 4 years ago and the other nearly 2 years ago.

One at his first attempt, the other at her third attempt with a Combine.

Both were successfully funded and traded for many months until they'd taken enough from their share of the profits to trade on their own.

My step-son, after trading his funded account well and safely for 5 or 6 months, and withdrawing profits many times, received all sorts of offers of additional funding, both from contacts via TopStep and others, and was off to a great start without initially needing his own capital, which is of course exactly the service, need and situation TopStep exists to fill.

Note that both the people I've mentioned already had risk management skills and had practiced a lot on demo before starting with TopStep.

Apart from that, I can't really add much to what I said above.

Except this: I don't believe that you're asking "for the benefit of the ET community" as you claim.

I, and obviously other members, think you're asking only as some kind of challenge arising from your desire to belittle, denigrate, troll and express your ill informed prejudice against TopStep.

Exactly as others have said about you, in other thread about TopStep in which you've posted.

    I think they're all right.

I see that this forum, like many others on the web (and especially the futures.io forum), includes both posts from large numbers of people successfully funded by TopStep and successfully trading their funded accounts, and documented evidence of payments issued by TopStep to their funded trading partners.

I still don't know, though, whether you yourself are speaking JUST from ill informed prejudice, or whether for some reason of your own you're actually malicious.

I agree especially with this part of your post.

I don't think Frederick actually intends to be "malicious", per se, at all: I'm sure he genuinely believes what he says and implies about TST, and is just deeply misguided and mistaken on this particular subject. I've certainly found plenty of his other posts around here, on other subjects, to be very, very different from these in their tone, approach and helpfulness. Don't dismiss him altogether just because you know he's wrong about TST!

i have been to tst's site, the blog, read most of it, what i would like to see is the posted performances of the funded traders, from top to bottom, month by month for the last year. Again, do you "traders" or wannabe's realize how hard it is to make a buck in this business, as a living...? the failure rate is enormous, why do you think you see gurus selling their "knowledge" and secrets, because... they cannot f kn trade and make it with real $$!! So let me see the real results of these funded traders!!

Would you mind to elaborate on this one in more details? For example how did those others know about his performance? What would have been the share of the profits? How big of an account was he offered?

What was the extra offer from TST? After all he was already trading for them...

I can a little, if you want, but it was well over 3 years ago and it's only anecdotal.

At least one from reading TopStep's blog or their emails (they send out emails to their mailing list, or they used to anyway, listing the profit-makers, and I've seen of those posted in forums too), one was someone known to a TopStep employee, those knew him only by his TopStep username, but also someone he already knew himself, who regarded him as "proven safe" as he could keep to TopStep's rules so consistently - I really can't remember the details.

Sorry, I can't remember after all this time. It wasn't either surprising or interesting enough for me to know the details years later.

What "extra offer from TST"? I didn't say there was one. There wasn't, as far as I know. Did you mean to ask someone else this question?

Thanks for answering. Maybe I misunderstood your last sentence.

So did he take any of the offers? I assume not or otherwise you would know it.
