After Thusday's rally, I pointed out that Gross Divergences were a cause of concern. However, Friday's actions proved to be much more gross than my expectations. So, have we topped out yet again? Maybe the 10th such 4 year cycle TOP since 2004 ? Are we going to have a 30% decline into an expected 4 year presidential cycle bottom by October?
