You know, if you were a little more honest (or at least careful) in your answers you might look a little more...well -- honest and careful.

Unlike what you accuse him of, Ditch NEVER said that you didn't have a phone number. What he said was "phone support is not available"

Explaining why the published number didn't work for him would be a good thing for your company, after all, sh** does happen from time to time. Falsely accusing him on a public board is a bad thing for same.

  3. How are the members of elite who are using this software getting on? The initial problems members mentioned, were they fixed? How do members using this software rate this software compared to what is currently available elsewhere

From what I understand you will be able to route orders to IB. I don't think there will be a change in commission or anything like that. You will still need a quote provider like esignal or bmi for quotes.

Looks like interesting software.. I will be giving them a try in a few months after I finished with a little something Im working on.

  6. Maybe our toll free number didn't work from Europe where he lives or he could have called before we opened. My point is don't rip a company publicly the very day you signup and without giving them a chance to respond (due to office not being open) If that makes me or us look bad then so be it. I don't know about everybody else but I've had issues with phone companies and Internet providers that have taken days for their support people to get back in touch with me and fix the issue.

We fixed his issue the same day and within hours. I was replying to his emails and he did call back (during office hours) and we spoke, his issue fully resolved.

  7. This is definitely not true. Most users, myself included, have forgotten my eSignal login/password. If you enter it incorrectly in our signup form we use what you type in. Then if you login to eSignal, the datamanager is already running with the incorrect login and eSignal won't work.

That's why we put a button on the bottom that takes your CORRECT eSignal login/pass, just click it and it fills in our login/pass and then this can't happen. This has happened to dozens of users so thats why we've added that button. People who have had eSignal for year+ often forget.

  8. This is completely false. You publicly ripped us and were complaining about poor support. You live in Europe and must factor in time zones. If you call before the office is open its unreasonable to expect someone to be there. Same thing with IM, if we aren't here its likely that IM is not on. And to post publicly about poor service and how angry you are is rediculous. Seriously, am I alone in feeling outraged that we got ripped for bad service when he JUST signed up for our software that very morning and called and IMed before we even opened our office?

I go out of my way to help customers as I did with you too, once I got in. I personally would like a public apology and for you to tell the people here how good our software is, after all the griping you have done you certainly haven't canceled and have logged in every day. Our new balance point tool and real time sector and index buying/sell volume is revolutionary. Nobody else has these tools and nothing is more predictive about future market direction than these. If you trade the futures or use them to time your stock trade there is no better software.

This chart shows some of our balance points, I personally use the Semiconductors, Technology, Banks, Drugs and Retail. Markets are often choppy and its because some sectors are above balance and some are below. When all the major sectors are all pointing the same way trends develop. When semi and tech are weak the S&P's almost never rally. You can see easily with this tool to short ever rally and at the second time up in the afternoon that Semis and Tech went above balance and immediately back below, Banks were not as strong as they were at the first attempt to breakout and Drugs were much less so. Retail had gone below balance 1+ hour before and our Buy/Sell Pressure S&P looks at the buying/selling volumes of the stocks that makeup the sector, it shows more selling during the consolidation and 4 to 1 sell to buy ratio at 14:20. The bottom bar also showed more buying volume than selling and the highest buying volume for the entire day! It's super clear and easy to read these charts and have confidence with what is happening.

  9. That's really cool of you to say that one of your customers is full of BS in public.

I think your software is allright and was considering picking it up. If that's the level of respect you have for your customers, forget it.
