Hendrik your post on here is pure BS. You signed up today, you emailed us today and I replied. Our toll free phone number is CLEARLY on our website. We also are on IM all day too. So we offer support through IM, email, and phone. You are the first person ever to have an issue getting our software to work. Our download page is easy to find, just click the link for eSignal version, download, click install and then click on our AWS icon on your desktop. I can't believe you have a problem installing and getting our software to work. Like any other business nobody is in the office before the office opens. You never left any message and if you had it would have been immediately replied to. Our support is better than any other firm, not only do we help with basic install issues, not everybody knows how to use a computer very well, but I have spent hours helping our traders learn our software and how to make money with it. Nobody else does that. As for the videos on our video page, it says on the bottom of the page "Trouble viewing videos, download this video codec." These are heavily compressed videos and the codec we used is not in most video viewers. You MUST download our codec before viewing and it CLEARLY says that on the page. I'm totally confused why you would rip us publicly for not having a phone number (clearly on our home page), not replying to emails (we do and I have the record of our correspondence), and all this after JUST signing up today before our office opened? Call anyplace before they are in the office and you will get voice mail, we are no different. Chris Donnell
TopGun do you offer free training time for all your new customers? How long and is it a private session via the phone, web or a group session. I have view your tuitorials and the software looks like the real deal. My only issue is the data vendors and the problems traders have using E-Signal & DNT IQ. How does the lag in these feeds especially during a fast market effect the updating and performance of your software? The software looks far superior to anything out there and I would sign up in the morning if not for the problems I constantly here about E-Signal. Any thoughts?
I see that you will be intigrating it with IB in 4 months. Will the quotes from IB will be utilized or will it be only for routing orders. Thanks Nick
just installing ASW on second machine and here is what I see install it will wipe out your esignal password, unless you know where to go to re-enter the the password for esignal this could be a problem and I still wait for data, so I guess I am officially a second could be customer having installing problem.
It appeared there was an error in their database: I was registered as an expired trial member. Their phone system apparently blocks calls from outside the USA, my e-mail and Yahoo IM were allegedly not received. Anyhow, it works now. I recommend posting problems on ET, it greatly improves their response time
