1. I am still holding TZA from before, so please ignore it in the previous table.

But I do feel it is a good entry even at these prices.

We are in difficult situations here.

I strongly feel the market will have a short term rally soon( 1 week or so).

Sit tight, preserve your cash.

When in doubt don't do it.

Keep and eye on FAZ , FAS and TNA for quick day trade only.

DO NOT HOLD THEM OVERNIGHT~

4. The bounce is not strong enough.

I have been monitoring the S&P-500 acutely.

The rebound was a very soft one, thus I still do believe, we might have a down side in the near term.

But again it is not about opinions.

ETFs showing in my scan:

FAZ
TZA
RFN
SKF
SIJ
BGZ
SJH
SJF
DPK
SDD

I am still holding TZA from before. No new positions yet.

The market is going to go lower, all these ETFs on the short side topping the scan is very evident. The market looks very weak for a decent rebound. Thus I am short even if we see a small bounce.

List:

FAZ
RFN
TZA
SKF
SIJ
BGZ
SJH
DPK
SRS
SJF

6.
Request

The results from this method are looking very good.

This thread has been getting a lot of views. But I am disappointed that I am unable to generate discussion, which was the cause in the first place.

I am going to be away all day.

I was wondering if the viewers could post some comments, has to how we can make this more interactive.

Thanks a lot!

Have a Great Week-End!

7. Hi,
I was just wondering.

You have a ranking system and one of the measures is rate of change.

Do you make adjustments for the strength of those rates of change reflecting the "X" factor of the ETF.

In other words, if you have an ETF that is supposed to perform 3X the underlying, do you handicap that ETF's ROC by dividing it by 3?

It doesn't seem to be a level "ranking" playing field if you don't make some sort of adjustment for the intended multiplication factor of the ETF. Do you?

10. Hey vertigo3!

Very sorry for the late reply. I was traveling. Thanks for the question.

I did think of this issue when I was building the system, the complexity of these 2X and 3X ETFs do no reflect the actual multiples of the underlying index/industry.

As as of now I do not adjust. But I have been trying not to hold them overnight. Quick profits for a day trade.
