daytraders are coming back, but nothing like 1999. If we start seeing stocks move 4,8,15, 25 points on avg a day, I would say maybe.

amzn up $11.5 today! not only that look at the monthly it is at highs that it last tested in Jan 2004, it got there in 1 day.
