It's a "distortion" now, but would be the straight truth if we were instead talking about raising taxes on big business.

Yeah, can you believe it?!?!? In America... :(

Can you imagine the kid from "A Christmas Story" being told "sorry, you'll not shoot your eye out, as you're not 21 yet, and can't buy a BB gun. When you are 21, you can only buy one per month.":(

Maybe the lawmakers remember the BB gun wars from their childhoods. I remember one of us shot one of our opponents right between the eyes. It knocked him out for a little while. After it was determined that he was OK (just a little bloody hole between his eyebrows), we all laughed for a week about the fantastic shot.

Big business might not be a net new job creator... but they could be a job loser and they do generate lots dividend taxes.

why do we need to raise taxes on anyone?
tax revenues recovered to pre 2008 levels.

we have a spending problem. a serious spending problem.

The MOST unbelievable part is where we have the people's republic of NJ telling it's subjects they can only purchase ONE BB Gun per month. I can't believe we still call the north east US, and far west US, America.
