I read the first article, where the woman got job offers in Kentucky, Missouri, & Texas. She moved from San Francisco to Boston for school. She can move to one of those three states. Once she has the experience, she can move to anywhere she wants.
The problem rises from not so many graduates but from the current workers not willing to retire. Due to recession many nurses' husbands are out of work so these nurses need to support the family.
