I bump it up to 8000IU, 100mg and 1000mg, respectively if I start to feel unwell. Once or twice a week I will megadose Vitamin C (8000 mg). The key is acting quickly to slow or halt viral replication. This is important. Don’t wait. Start fighting the virus today so you don’t have to fight it in 3 days.
