Why don´t they print some more of them and make an awful lot of money ?

 

if they print 60 more books each book will start at $20 + printing cost.

 

Am going to try the local library. Only for reference, and cannot be loaned out. Don't know if I will be able to photocopy 228 pages in one go, maybe over time.

 

Can you photocopy books at the local library? I didn't know that.
Isn't that like copyright infringement or something... :eek:

 

borrow a scanner and scan it, with luck you can even turn it into ebook.
