According to Sidney Powell and the Pillow guy and, other screwball stalwarts of the Goofy Old Party , tomorrow, Aug, 13th , Donald Bone-Spur Trump will be sworn into the office of President of the United States once again.

Donald Trump's allies Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, Mike Lindell to face $1.76b lawsuit from Dominion Voting Systems

A US federal judge has cleared the way for a defamation case to proceed against allies of former president Donald Trump who had falsely accused a vote-counting machine company of rigging the 2020 presidential election.

    Key points:
    • The judge found the trio of Trump allies had made outlandish and blatantly false claims
    • Dominion has also launched legal action against right-wing media outlets
    • Most of the allegedly defamatory statements were made at press conferences, election rallies and on social media and TV
Dominion Voting Systems can now pursue Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell and Mike Lindell after US District Judge Carl Nichols ruled there was no blanket protection on political speech and denied an argument from two of the defendants that the federal court in Washington was not the proper venue for the case.

Dominion has sought $US1.3 billion ($1.76 billion) in damages from the trio.

"As an initial matter, there is no blanket immunity for statements that are 'political' in nature," the judge wrote in his 44-page ruling. ...

Honest people have no chance in a top down world. States legislatures need to do more.

On eve of 'Trump reinstatement' Mike Lindell says he knows he's going to win because of God

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell closed his symposium Thursday saying that he knows he's going to "win,"

Speaking to his friends at The Victory Channel, Lindell claimed that God gave him his platform, and that's how he knows he'll win. Lindell has promised that tomorrow, Friday, Aug. 13, 2021, President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris will resign and, somehow, former President Donald Trump will be reinstated.

"The morning of August 13 it'll be the talk of the world, going, 'Hurry up! Let's get this election pulled down, let's right the right, let's get these communists out, you know, that have taken over,'" Lindell told Brannon Howse in early July.

Lindell then backed off the theory, explaining that he never said "everything" would change. Indeed, he promised that the Supreme Court would see his "evidence" of the election fraud and vote Trump back into office with a 9-0 ruling.

If there is anything, anything at all, that spells trouble ahead for the American Republic, it is that nearly one third of what was the Grand Old Party now believes ridiculous crap, and will act on this crap they've been fed by Trump, Rudy, Sidney and the Pillow Guy.

Our Republic's Founders would never have approved of everyone over eighteen having the right to vote. Today, the Republicans, the natural inheritors of the Founder's certainty of superiority, have a natural constituency too small to ever elect anyone. If they want a chance at exercising power over government, they are left with few choices, all of them unsavory. Whereas they could previously prevail with less drastic measures, changing demographics and awakening among minorities that their votes do count has reduced Republicans to lying their collective butts off, attempting to pull off a military coup, sponsoring an insurrection, or passing laws that limit participation in voting. They have recently tried all four measures, and two of the four have failed. They are still working on lying their butts off and trying to limit participation in voting among those least likely to vote for their candidates. . .

Like the child who tries to cover a little lie with successively bigger ones, they have lied themselves into corner. They've left themselves with no options other than to apologize -- death to any sociopath -- or continue to lie with embellishment. We have seen, however, that beneath the lies there is instinctive desire for self-preservation.

Sidney Powell, has plead before an un-amused judge that a billion dollar suit brought by Dominion against her, Giuliani and the Pillow Guy, should be thrown out because no one in their right mind, according to Powell, would believe her ridiculous lies. We need no more evidence than this to conclude that Powell, et al., are the worst kind of scoundrels, privileged persons fully aware of their schemes and unapologetic as to the harm they cause. . . They are dangerous sociopaths.

We'll see how 2022 works out. They're gerrymandering and disenfranchisement efforts can keep them in power at least a decade, but overall the party's done. The new center's between the dems and the progs as the GQP's constituency dies off.

    Let the gerrymandering begin!

New York’s dominant Democrats could try to lock in big gains in Congress as the Census Bureau kicks off the once-in-a-decade redistricting wars with a massive dump of population figures Thursday.

Let's hope. It is never good when the government trys to governs in opposition to the will of the people. As things are going at present the GOP seems to be committing a slow suicide. There only hope to prevail may be subversion of law followed by autocracy.
