    Shareholder activism comes to Japan: Conference in Ginza Institutional Investor Educational Foundation presents a half-day conference in Tokyo, Japan on February 28, 2007 - Global Governance: How Shareholder Activism Creates Better Governance Resulting In Improved Total Investment Returns. The conference is being held at the Hotel Seiyo Ginza starting at 12:00 hrs. There will be a one hour lunch followed by panel discussions from 13:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs. From 18:00 hrs. to 19:30 hrs. all attendees are invited to attend a networking cocktail reception.
    Conference topics include: International Shareholder Activism, Takeovers and Acquisitions, and Use of Governance As An Investing Tool.
