I'll tell you what I would be willing to pay $10/month for...

...someone to tell me in a succinct and timely manner what the hell Toddo is thinking/trading.

(cutting out all the verbiage like Boo, schvitzing, etc. and telling me what instruments he's using)

    Now that would be money!

Very true. Being a good trader and a good technical analyst are too totally different things. However, he does have very good market feel.

But most importantly, he helps me make money. So he can have my $10 a month.:)

Is it just me or has Toddo gotten more lucid and to the point lately? He has made some damn good observations/calls since I bought a subscription.

  4. This sounds more like the Todd of old ala Real Money.

  5. that would be nice to see. can you post an example of what he said that was to the point. it may help him get more subscribers if he was more to the point.

  6. It's not just you. He's nailed just about every turn so far this year, especially today.

  7. From a trading perspective, who would pay for Realmoney any more and not Todd?

Well, he has been calling for a turn at S&P 810ish for the last couple of days, and went 1/4 long yesterday afternoon, and another 1/4 this morning.

Then at 3:00 he posted this:

Watch S&P 810 as a potential pivot point--I 'think' there are some "buy stops" above it and, as it's an intersection on my trusty 5-day chart, I'm focusing on it.

He just started a new web site minyanville.com. He was running a promo: $70.00/yr for a subscription, and may still be. IMHO, that's a bargain. I gotta believe that anyone who trades futures is going to get his or her $70 back many times over the course of a year. Hell, I made that several times over today alone. playing off of S&P 810.

His writing does take some getting used to. He has these fictional characters which represent market actions, that he uses in faux conversations. Nevertheless, if you get past that, he has some timely market observations.

  9. I wish he would ditch the animal cartoons and put up a meter that shows where he is percentage wise. He has been begged repeatedly to start talking about which instruments he is using but he seems deadset against it. Either he is not actually trading or his lawyers have scared him out of doing it.

  10. He's not there to pull the trigger for you. To me it's not incredibly difficult to see what he's keying off of and on most days it's there in black in white which vehicle he's trading.
