Todays Rally 11/13/07

  1. Unfortunately, I think the rally lasts all day and strong into the afternoon. BOJ really screwed the bears overnight by not raising rates. Clear sailing until the next unforseeable shoe drops. Sell this rally at 3:59.

  2. Maybe the insider have been tipped off that tomorrows PPI number has been fixed wink wink. We all can see fuel prices up 40% over the last month, surly they won't try and fool the public.

I think 12,500 is possible, today there has been buying since the opening, who knows if we get a follow through, keep in mind CPI and PPI. Market was looking for a bounce of this size, markets did look a bit oversold.

  6. technical bounce off the Dow cash weekly trend line.....how a perma bull can celebrate a dead cat/tech bounce to a lower hi is some funny stuff.

  7. Like how the August 16-17th rally was a deadcat bounce?

This is no deadcat bounce. Solid volume, solid chart.

Does the market head back up to fresh highs over the next 6-8 weeks or is this just another bounce before heading alot lower. Im sure today there is a sign of relief, but im also sure there are more credit problems that wall street hasnt heard yet.

Remember losses happen alot quicker than gains, the nasdaq lost WEEKS of gains in a matter of DAYS.
