Today's Put/Call Ratio

  1. The put/call ratio on the S&P is running at 2.5 to 1, and in fact has been running at between 2.3 to 2.7 to 1 for the past 6 Friday's as people hedge going into Weekends, and especially this Weekend. Thus, market-makers selling puts and selling stock/futures to hedge.
