This is one of the biggest surprises of our current society. And it will effect every part of our digital economy - and even insure the anonymity of whistleblowers on Wall Street, and elsewhere. (One finance guy recently got over a $100 million as a Wall Street whistleblower - so the problems out there seem to lie just beneath the surface).
