TOCOM futures trading now possible for USA citizens ?

    am I reading this right ?
    what major FCM's are TOCOM
    members that cater to USA ?

    I do not see anybody on this list of member firms that is an ET sponsor though

    -The Tokyo Commodity Exchange, the world's second-largest energy and metals futures market, said it secured U.S. government approval for members to sell contracts in that country.-

    -The U.S. Commodities Futures Trading Commission exempted brokerages that are members of the exchange, known as Tocom, from the commission's so-called Part 30.10 rule, the Tokyo exchange said in a statement yesterday. The exemption granted Feb. 9 allows member brokers to sell Tocom contracts to U.S. traders and investors, according to the statement.-
