I hate to do this when there is so much talk of deleted posts, etc., but I had to remove a few posts from this thread because blatantly pirated materials or how to access them are not allowed.

Please don't post information on how to obtain trading materials illegally. This is one of the few things which will cause me to edit or remove a thread.
