I extremely doubt Bernanke is doing to confirm a ''qe3'' today for the simple reason that compared to rest of wolrd usa looks like its doing better and ok, and so there would be no logical reason for him to spray all the water from his hose before the fire has even started, as then when fire does flame up he would have no water left. Theres been approx 450-500 points rally based on hope of him announcing it today, but if/when he doesnt how far do you think dow will fall by close today and during tomorrow??
